If you think about it, scrambled eggs have become the staple foods for most Americans. Aside from sniffing coffee the first time you open your eyes in the morning, expect some sidings of scrambled eggs to go along with it. And so I decided to post a recipe on how to make the perfect scrambled eggs for all of us looking for that certain kick in this otherwise ordinary dish.

I have always loved the aroma of freshly made crepes. Whether it is upon waking up in the morning or in the middle of the day as I shop, crepes have a wonderful feeling of French and Italian sidestreet patisseries. It’s like little Europe in your kitchen, or in some cases, rightly smack in the middle of a mall.

Here is a recipe of my favorite variant of crepe–Mango.

1/2 cup mango jam

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

2 Tablespoons orange liquor

1 cup all-purpose flour
