
Bedtime is usually the time I’ll hear my cousin and her mother argue about going to sleep at a certain time. But luckily, a recent article might just solve this problem. It was found out that those active kids at day (the ones who exercise) sleep better and soundly come bedtime.
The study, published in the online edition of Archives of Disease in Childhood, followed 519 children is Australia, and found out that “school-aged kids who are physically active during the day fall asleep faster than their sedentary peers.”
