Regular heavy drinkers are actually increasing their chances of having all kinds of the big C–cancer. You can actually have esophageal, stomach, colon, liver, pancreatic, lung and prostate cancer. Pretty long list huh?

A new research found out that an obese person spends 41 percent more than a person with normal weight in healthcare. Each year, an obese person spends $1,500 more than what average person spends.

The yearly cost of obesity in the United States amount to $147 billion or 9 percent of all medical expenses. Expectedly, it will get worse now that average Americans are weighing 23 more pounds than the usual. The higher price of medical care includes also prescription drugs and Medicare.
