
As I’m munching on an ultra soft cheese bread I bought from a local pastry shop 15 minutes away from our house, I realized that this could be very easy to make. Cheese breads should be simple enough for us. With many varieties of cheese out there, it would not be too hard to think of what to put inside (or on top) of a freshly baked pan de sal.
