Get Back In Skinny Jeans With This Workout

Remember the time where you can pull out your jeans without having to open the buttons? That is exactly where this work out will try to take you again (although not skinny enough where your jeans will be too loose for you to wear).

The Skinny Jeans Workout by Lisa Grimmer is programmed to work specifically on the core, butt and thighs. Grimmer said that the exercise program will work out anything that is inside your pants. A recent testimonial from CNN said that “It’s different than your typical workout class. It’s not high-impact cardio, but you’re sweating the whole time because you’re working every muscle group.”

The program works by tightening up core muscles, improving posture and strengthening the shoulder girdle. Regular work outs will help you fit into your jeans again in two months or so while spot training will obviously not work for this exercise.
