
Most of us hates our belly fats, and why? I can’t really blame ourselves. Most of those who have large bellies are usually the product of eating too much and then seating afterwards. The lack of exercise caused our bodies to react in such a way that it cannot anymore burn whatever food we ate.

1. Eat Fat Burning Foods - going on severe calorie restricted diets is NOT the way to thin out your waist line (in the long run it will actually make you fatter). What I suggest is eliminating processed flours, sugars, and most inflammatory grain based foods.

2. Do Total Body Resistance Based Workouts - the fastest way to burn belly fat is to shock your body with short, intense metabolic workouts.
+ You could do body weight exercises, outdoor sprints, or free weight routines that get your heart rate pumping while you tone and tighten your entire body
3. Lower Inflammation Levels - the reason is that even if you do everything right, you may still NOT lose weight due to high levels of cortisol / inflammation flowing through your body.
+ go for light walks, sleeping for about 8 hours, eating better quality alkaline foods, and managing stress through relaxed breathing
Anyone who will follow these three rules will surely burn every inch of belly fat in their bodies. You may not necessarily have 6-pack abs, but you will surely not embarrass yourself when you’re wearing tight shirts and blouses.
