Lose Weight While Shopping

There are tons of ways to exercise, but did you know that you can actually stretch some muscles and exercise while shopping? Here’s how:

1. Park farther away, so you would have to walk to get inside the mall.
2. Grab a healthy sandwich and a bottle of water instead of binging on Chinese food. That will save you some added 700 calories.
3. Take the stairs instead of the escalators or elevators.
4. Carry all your bags in your hand rather than on your shoulders. Walk around the mall to exercise your arm muscles.
5. Promise yourself that for every item you buy, you would at least give 25 sit-ups and push-ups once you get home.
