I may not be much an advocate of dieting stuff but I sure can tell when something can help us lose weight, or at least bit our food cravings to dust. I know, in theory, that chewing gum can also be a cause to lose weight, but I never thought that some experts have been thinking along the same line as I do.
Chewing gum may increase serotonin, increase alertness and concentration, improve ability to learn and study and even burn an additional 11 calories per hour, which is what we’re really after right? Also, sugar-free gum containing xylitol reduces bacteria in the mouth, and can even reduce plaque and cavities.
Regularly chewing gum can provide you with 10 calories and two grams of carbohydrates for each piece. That means that whenever you want to nibble on some high-calorie food in between meals, you may want to try chewing gum. It contains low carbohydrate, and has little effect on insulin.
Chewing any type of gum has the best possibility of stopping you from eating food with high carbohydrates content.

Such an amazing idea lol
