Popular actress Kirstie Alley now has her own diet weight loss program. Called the Organic Liaison, it includes online weight tools that will fit your needs. Through blogging and Alley’s Phitter, you will be able to access the diet community and bombard it with planning meals, counting calories, discovering new recipes, locating places to shop for organic groceries and even interaction.

Phitter, by the way, is a micro-blogging community built on Twitter’s toolset.

Aside from that, Alley also sells a series of supplements (all USDA organic approved) that according to Rescue me “replenishes your body with high-quality organic ingredients, including nutrients, natural herbs, fiber and antioxidants…”

Membership to the program is put at $10 per month (+$10 startup fee). You would also need to buy the Startup Kit of Supplements for $139 while monthly supply sells for $62.50.

I’m not even sure if these are all effective but comments have been, of course, anti-celebrity endorsement programs. My bet? Just try it out. If it works for you, it might even work for some.
