In a nutshell, the Eat Clean Diet is about eating only unprocessed, whole foods and turning your back on pre-packaged and processed sugar and fat-laden foods. This diet has been increasingly popular in celebrities.

But author Tosca Reno just again came out with the Eat Clean Diet Recharged, which is basically just the same as the first version of the book only with an added 100 pages and 50 more recipes. It also takes a wider look at women’s health.

The Eat Clean Diet is a strict diet that must be eaten 5-6 times per day. Yes, you have to sacrifice a lot for what author claims as the best way to be fit and healthy. There’s no medically proven documents that say this diet works well with all types of body and lifestyles. But as always, the best regime is discipline.
