I know the grilling season has officially begun. The smell of grilled pork, meat and hotdogs are now wafting in the air. But along with this season also comes the ageless question of whether or not grilling foods should be considered healthy. So the folks over at Seriouseats decided to concoct something that is both healthy but with that subtle taste of grilled veggies.
