ABM mushrooms, or Agaricus Blazel Murill mushrooms, were first discovered by Takatoshi Furumoto in Piedade in Sau Paulo in Brazil. In his research, he found out that these ABM mushrooms can lower the incidence of cancer and geriatric diseases in humans.

And because of that initial study, more researchers found out that ABM mushrooms are rich in nutrients that are beneficial to our health. For one, they contain the highest percentage of iron content, and they are also a good source of iron.

Also, ABM mushrooms enhance the absorption of calcium as they contain ergosterol, which can then convert to vitamin D2. These two components can strengthen bones and help prevent osteoporosis.

Telling someone they are fat will never be polite enough. There’s just no good way to say to someone that, “hey, you’re gaining weight.” According to etiquette guru Mary Mitchell, there’s also such a thing as etiquette when it comes to telling someone they are fat.

It is also not polite to suggest to someone how to lose weight, Mitchell said. In a column in Reuters, Mitchell said that it is important to consider the needs of obese persons if, say example, they are invited to a social gathering at your place.

“Good manners are based on kindness, respect, and consideration for every human being. They often depend on our ability to…

Most people think that frozen food are not nutritious. However, a new research by the Institute of Food Research scientists showed that frozen vegetables—like carrots, peas and corns—can retain more nutrients because they are locked in when the produce is frozen after picking.

The point is though: vegetables should be frozen right after they were picked. But when the produce took nine days to reach the store, four days on shelves and two days before being cooked, they lose some of their nutrients.

According to the study, “Green beans can have lost up to 45 per cent of nutrients, broccoli and cauliflower 25 per cent, garden peas up to 15 per cent,…

I have only recently enjoyed eating spinach since it is also recently that I began being fond of vegetables. Before, the only thing I know about spinach is that it makes Popeye strong. But with numerous readings, I began to understand why some people say that the nutritional values of spinach are amazing.

Spinach packs in vitamin A and C, fiber, folic acid and magnesium that are good to help control colon, lung and breast cancer. It is also rich in folate, which lowers the blood levels of something called homocysteine—a protein that can damage arteries. Spinach can also help protect us against age-related memory loss.

Here are some ways to add…
