
We all know that we should consume an average of 8 glasses of water a day. But in those days that we can’t drink that much fluid, what should we do? Luckily, Beth Aldirch, a health and nutrition counselor, has some words of advice.
If you live in an extremely hot climate, you should add several more ounces of water a day. One easy way to include more water in your diet is to slice lemons, limes or oranges in a pitcher of water, let it sit for one hour or so then drink the pitcher of water throughout the day.
