
If you think salads are more diet-friendly than Big Macs, think again. Researchers have recently found out that pre-made salads can actually be packing more calories and fats than one order of Big Mac from McDonalds.
Researchers from Which? magazine revealed that Smedleys Atlantic Prawn Marie Rose Salad (300 grams) contains 855 calories and 66.3 grams of fat compared with a Big Mac that has 820 calories and 40 grams of fat.
