A new study published in journal Pediatrics suggested that babies who are breast-fed during their infancy consume less calories than those who are bottle-fed. I don’t usually eat fruits as I am not that fond of them. But strawberries are different. Aside from being one of the most popular fruits in the world, they also have very sweet, tangy and citrusy flavor that makes me keep asking back for more.

These fruits are great in salads and desserts. They are also perfect as snacks since they have very high protein content. They are mostly in season from late April through August. There are more than 600 varieties of strawberries that differ in flavor, size and texture. However, these fruits are easily perishable and should only be bought when you plan them use them early.

Ever since the report that said only one out of five children eat their recommended…
